About this apartment rental
My home is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath ground floor condo, with just over 1000 square feet of living space with huge closets in both bedrooms. The foyer and kitchen floor was updated in June 2023! The condo has laminate flooring in the entrance hallway, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is carpeting in both bedrooms. It sleeps 7 with a brand new in 2025 queen pull out couch. The home is conveniently located right between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach on the East side of Route 1 and near the outlets. Once you are there, you can take back roads to get to downtown Rehoboth in 10 minutes (less than 4 miles away) and you don't need to get back on Route 1! The Sandpiper community is gated and only be accessed with a code for added security.
If you are interested in eating in, the kitchen is fully-stocked with all of your cooking needs and has a separate dining area. The home has 3 Smart Roku TV's (access to many free channels and ability to access personal netflix, hulu, Disney+ accounts and many more!). A full size washer/ dryer, as well as, Wifi is also provided. Relax and enjoy the screened-in porch.
I provide pillows and blankets, but you will need to bring bed sheets and towels.
Although there is no pool, you can go 1/4 mile down the road to Midway Speedway Park and get an all day pass to swim in the Olympic sized swimming pool, use the kiddie pool or water slides! They also have go-carts, bumper boats and miniature golf!

What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful and clean rental close to everything. The owner emailed places all around to do, shopping, fun, and great eating. Beaches 10 to 15 min relaxed drive with the boardwalk only 10 minutes away. The rental had a gated parking lot at night settled in a very quiet area. Very relaxing and a very good price. Can’t say enough how this was a great place for a daughter father getaway for some fun in the sun!

Property itself is not secured. It may say it resides within a gated community but one gate is always open so that point is null. Check in was easy and the price was good for what we were looking for. The apartment itself was perfect size but the floors and dining room table were super filthy. Like "our kids kept their shoes on" and "baby not crawling on the floor" filthy. Also there were no sheets, linens or towels at the property so we had to go out and buy them.
All in all if I was staying there again with my family; I wouldnt. If it was a weekend with the boys then itd be fine.
