La estancia en este apartamento la verdad que ha sido una experiencia curiosa, el dueño obviamente no tiene la culpa pero el barrio se nota a simple vista que está un poco decaído, como bien dicen otras reseñas se observa a simple vista que muy cerca del domicilio se encuentra un punto de venta de droga y de prostitución. La presencia policial en el barrio es bastante alta con lo cual da algo más de tranquilidad pero el primer día según llegamos para pasar la noche nos encontramos con una pelea vecinal con agresión incluida en las escaleras. La puerta del piso no tiene pestillo por dentro, con lo cual genera bastante inseguridad pero por lo demás bastante bien
