The Apaloosa is a delightful 2 bedroomed self catering 2 star gite in a rural location but within 2km of the charming village of Moncoutant.
It benefits from a spacious open plan living area with a well equipped corner kitchen including fridge-freezer and microwave. Upstairs there are two large attic bedrooms, one double, one twin with lots of storage space.
A number of shops, restaurants and markets in surrounding towns. Ideally situated for Coulon, La Rochelle, the Atlantic coast, Futuroscope and Puy du Fou. Walking, fishing, golf, horse riding and cycling all available within 5 minutes drive.
It it ideal base during the summer to enjoy all the activities the region has to offer and can also be available for short stays, weekend breaks (out of season) or longer breaks for house hunting etc. Please contact us for more details.
Linen provided and beds made prior to arrival. Towels can be provided for a small charge.
There are three properties on site so ideal for friends and family wanting to holiday together but still have their own private space.

Modern table comfortably seats 4 people.
Open plan living space has comfy sofa and armchairs, flat screen tv, French & English channels and dvd player, wii consoles.
Two large attic bedrooms, one twin room with plenty of drawers and storage space. Twin room can be accessed by the original solid oak beam (low), drawers, storage and hanging space.
Good sized shower room on the ground floor so easy access for little ones from outside. Storage space.
Outside communal games including badminton and table tennis.
Directly to the front terrace for al-fresco dining for those lovely summer days. Barbecue and good sized table and chairs.
Also outside seating area to relax with an apero!
To the side shared garden with sun loungers and views over the countryside towards the village.
