About this cottage rental
I am offering this 35-square-meter vacation rental located along the river.
1 living area with a sofa bed (140-190) and a kitchenette equipped with an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
1 bedroom with a double bed (140-190)
1 terrace overlooking the river and the bridge, with outdoor furniture: important—there is no guardrail along the riverbank bordering the property.
Fishing is available; please bring a fishing license.
Ideal location, close to the Poitevin Marshes and various amusement parks and zoos.
House rules:
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
Pets are allowed (primarily dogs). The condition for bringing them is that they get along well with other animals, as our cats will likely come to visit you, as will our dog, Youloute! It’s best to keep your dog on a leash outside the cottage unless it’s well-trained.
As for cleaning, we simply ask that you leave the kitchen area and bathrooms generally clean and that you wash and put away the dishes.

Lovely location if you like quiet countryside as we do. Perfect living space and glorious to be next to river. Easy walk to ‘village with Boulangerie and small cafe. Pleasant and very helpful host.

Amazon location and Anthony is a fantastic host. This is a little piece of peace and quiet with a very high standard of living and facilities in the cottage.
