About this apartment rental
Studio in a hotel complex in one of the main seaside resorts of the island. The apartment is comfortable, private beach access, swimming pool, near marina, restaurants, shops, places for water activities and leisure. You will enjoy walking on foot and discover the Creole village and the various places of conviviality that Pointe du Bout offers. On the other side of the bay of Fort de France is the ideal place to discover the treasures of the island.
Housing
Ideal for couples, families with one or two children if one of the two toddlers (cot on request) or for three adults.
The apartment has a large living room with a double bed and a single bed. A closet and a wardrobe as well as a dresser and drawers for storage. A fully equipped kitchenette is present on the terrace. Bathroom open to the room with possibility of closing and separate toilet. Linen and towels are waiting for you upon your arrival.
Travelers Access
You will have the opportunity to enjoy two swimming pools in the residence, the private beach, a nautical center (Kite-surfing, windsurfing, kayak etc.), a beach volleyball court, a swimming pool petanque, a bar and cocktails as well as a restaurant with the possibility of full board, and many other services such as the Spa (fee) or a program of shows to discover!
In the room you have access to Internet by Wifi.

Studio identique à la description, propre , bien équipé, très bien situé sur la Marina, vraiment rien à redire . A conseiller.

Tout sur place : restaurants, animations et plage dans la résidence et commerces , bars , restos , marina avec départs promenades et même peche au gros et un beau golf 18 trous à 5 mn ... un 2e etage avec petite terrasse vue marina très agréable . Parking gratuit tout près dans la résidence .

Pour un premier séjour en Martinique ce fut une réussite: le studio très bien équipé est situé dans une marina proche de tout à pieds mais au calme. Boris le propriétaire prend grand soin de ses locataires en fournissant conseils et bons plans et il a vraiment à coeur que notre séjour soit réussi. Merci Boris pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse !
