Top of the range apartment of 32 m2 refurbished in a small residence secured by digital code and fully renovated. Located on the 1st floor on 2 with sea view not overlooked
Large, comfortable, spacious, functional, air-conditioned, calm and peaceful environment
Minimum rental 4 nights.

On arrival you can easily park in a reserved outdoor parking space.
Access to housing is easy without stairs
In the accommodation you will find a beautiful living room, bright, air-conditioned, decorated with care, a double bed (high density mattress), a large closet, dining table, sofa, dressing table console, television, DVD player
The separate kitchen is well equipped with combined oven / microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine
The bathroom has a combined bathtub and shower column
Finally the sunny terrace will allow you to take your meals outdoors with the sea view, in the shade of a retractable blind
Other remarks:
Sheets, hand towels, beach towel and tea towels provided.

We can provide you with a travel cot on request.

Netter Empfang, Teddy bemüht sich auch Englisch zu sprechen.
Mit den Eltern ist die Kommunikation beim Check-out nur auf Französisch möglich. Check-out war bei uns fest vorgegeben außerhalb der angegebenen Zeiten.
Viele Ameisen in der Küche und Bad, was Kochen/Essenszubereitung sehr erschwert.
Wenn die Klima läuft wird der Balkon beheizt, dadurch leider nicht gleichzeitig nutzbar.
Wohnung an sonsten okay.
