La Canotière du Boucan is a T2 type apartment with an area of 55 m², not overlooked, overlooking a beautiful tropical garden.
Located in a small residence located 150 m from the sea, this fully air-conditioned accommodation combining charm and comfort can accommodate up to 4 people.
The air-conditioned living room equipped with Balinese furniture, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet connection and a large brand 2-seat sofa bed will offer you remarkable comfort.
The modern and brand new kitchen benefits from the equipment necessary to make your stay pleasant: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc.
The air-conditioned bedroom will welcome you with quality latex bedding.
As for the bathroom, it offers you the luxury of being equipped with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, but also with two sinks. The toilets are independent.
You will also certainly enjoy your meals on the 7 m² terrace which overlooks the tropical garden.
To this are added a private parking space, built-in cupboards, a cleaning kit as well as an iron and ironing board and, of course, the household and bath linen which will be provided to you.
A stay package of € 30 including tourist taxes as well as a contribution to cleaning and laundry costs will be collected by us on the day of your arrival.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement; au calme, à proximité de la plage de boucan canot, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponible en cas de besoin.
Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.

Le seul inconvénient de cette agréable location c'est qu'il manque un four, le micro ondes sur le frigo n'est pas des plus pratique sinon le reste est au top

Communication in english difficult and reaction sometimes slow, but nice hosts.
The appartment is small (kitchen in hallway), quiet, a bit dark, but cool. Small balcony into garden (unfortunately mosquitoes do not allow to sit here for long).
Hosts could be a bit more generous in suppling basics like enough toilet paper, waste bags,..especially since we stayed there for 12 days.
In walking distance to beach and very good restaurants.
No Supermarket in walking distance (only good bakery. and small shop for water).
