Ideally located on the west coast, the sunniest of Reunion Island, in Boucan Canot, our spacious studio is 200 meters from the sea and all amenities (bakery, bars and restaurants, newsagent, doctors, pharmacy , internet point, dry cleaning, beautician, hairdresser).
Boucan Canot beach, a 3-minute walk away, is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with supervised swimming and a natural pool, perfect for young and old.
This beautiful 38 m2 studio has a lovely terrace.
It is located on the first and last floor in a secure and peaceful residence.
The studio can accommodate 2 adults and a child.
It is equipped with a sleeping area with a real 140 cm bed and storage furniture.
A lounge area with sofa, armchair, plasma screen (with satellite channels).
A closed fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven / microwave, and everything you need to cook good curries.
Household linen is provided (sheets, tea towels, bath and beach towels)
Also at your disposal hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach umbrella and cooler.
Saint-Paul, birthplace of the island of Reunion, with its famous Friday market is 6 km from Boucan.
In just over 30 minutes you can discover the Mafate circus and appreciate the freshness of the Hauts.

Mon séjour c’est très bien passé.
Je suis resté 1 mois dans ce studio, très pratique car il y a les arrêts de bus à 200m de l’appart.
Restaurant et océan à 5 min à pied.
Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire

L'appartement est parfaitement situé pour découvrir l'ouest, ses musées, ses marchés, ses plages et bons petits restaurants!
La terrasse du logement est particulièrement agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Le tout est fonctionnel. La clim est un plus. Le quartier est calme, idéal pour se reposer!
Pour finir, les proprios sont ponctuels, accueillants et très sympathiques.
