Love the apartment and rooftop terrace. Great location on a charming piazza. Convenient to everything.

Great location, close to many restaurants and water taxi

The best things were the location, to the sights and it was situated in a lovely square. It had a rooftop terrace which overlooked the square which was the perfect setting for a glass of wine after a days sightseeing

A mixed bag. The good: excellent AC, great location, you ARE a tourist there and the neighborhood ragamuffins on the plaza will do their best to peek into your rooms and chant “lady don’t close the window” when you want privacy. Mildly annoying but at least you don’t feel Like everything is curated to cater to tourists! The not so good: buildings in some disrepair- the banister is broken and the steep stairs are a hazard when you are taking them with bags. The terrace door is impossible to lock so you’ll want to be ok with that. ungenerous with its amenities (eg terrace can only be lit with candles and none stored, no umbrella for the sudden rain, watered down antibacterial soap only in bathroom) Also, I contacted the host a week before my arrival to make a 1-night modification and worked with Vrbo because host said it was up to them but when Vrbo approved it the host declined. So they were not entirely honest nor willing to help out (I had to change my flight). Its their prerogative but I would not return though I’m a regular visitor to Venice. The terrace is smaller than pictured and unusable in the hotter months. In short, only stay in the cooler months when you can use the terrace and for longer periods when it makes sense to get all the provisions, and careful with the first flight of stairs.
