About this house rental
This beachfront Spanish style 600 sq. mt. (7,000 sq. ft) home in an acre land with 150 ft beachfront is the largest property in Pochomil Viejo, a 2 km long and 50 mt wide private beach.
2 story home with 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms. with balconies and view to the beach. WiFi available, Satellite TV
Large pool with whirlpool, driveway into the beach, 2 large porch with hammocks. Endless beach with only private homes. Within 5 kms of town. Ping Pong table, large bar with barbecue grill.
All in a family environment with great warm weather all year around. Nearby restaurants, bars, casinos, tours and more.
Concierge Pampered Service: If you would like to be pampered, we can arrange it for you:
- Be served exotic drinks by a bartender,
- Have a personal chef or a local cook prepare your meals and snacks
- Pick your own fresh fish from the local fisherman's market

We stayed at this beautiful home for our large family reunion and it exceeded our expectations. Everyone had a fantastic time. We all loved the pool, playing ping pong, beach volleyball and being able to walk onto the sand and enjoy the waves. We even witnessed a sea turtle laying eggs right on the beach in front of the house. The caretakers were outstanding. Karina deserves special recognition-her cooking was absolutely delicious. She prepared a wide variety of meals, included dishes we requested that she had never made before, and they all turned out fantastic. She also managed to cook the perfect amount for our large group. One morning, her husband took us to buy fish and shrimp, fresh off the fishing boats. It’s rare to find a place that checks so many boxes. This home and the caretakers truly stand out, and we would happily return in the future.

This property is breath taking. I brought all the moms in my family here for Mother’s Day weekend and everyone felt amazing here. The care takers were amazing so helpful. Karina the cook made us amazing food. Can’t wait to book this property again.
Note that the road to get there is all dirt road and it feels like you are driving to the middle of no where but once you get to the stone road you are right there.

The owner has provided everything we could possibly require, We felt so welcome. This is really a good place to spend time
with friends and family. We had someone cooked for us and she was excellent, very impressed with her.
The house is very clean and well maintained. Good security all the time and only a 10-20 minutes drive from the main city.
We are planing to go back again soon.

My mother always taught me to say something nice. This house is large and right on the beach, those are he nice things. On checking you will be greeted by a topless man smoking cigarettes in a broken lawn chair. There is a no pets rule in this house, unfortunately the caretaker does not follow this rule and their 2 dogs will invite themselves to every meal whether you like dogs or not, they will be under foot in the kitchen and parked at the dining table for every meal. The cleaning staff is surly and unfriendly. The screens are broken or missing so you can not keep windows open so you must use A/C, then the owner will try to charge you extra for electricity. We paid $400 up front for electricity and then he tried charging another $200 after we checked out. $600 for electricity for 4 days?? If you ask for anything you will be instructed to provide it yourself, including garbage bags. This is not a luxury rental by any means including and especially the bed linen . If you are more up roughing it and don’t mind paying top dollar then go for it. Otherwise I would avoid this rental.
