Welcome to Marbella Beach House, a beautiful and spacious tropical beach home located just a few easy steps away, (.025 miles / 40 meters) from the coast in a safe, peaceful neighborhood along Nicaragua’s Pacific coast. Set on the second row above sea level, the home offers ocean views from it's large, open second-floor terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Ideal for North American snowbirds and European long-stay guests, this private beach house provides the space, comfort, and tranquility needed for extended stays, remote work, or a relaxed seasonal escape in warm weather year-round.
Conveniently located:
-1 hour from Managua.
-Just 15 minutes from Masachapa, a local rural town, you'll find a charming local tradition: Where fishermen bring in their fresh morning catch, scale, clean and sell it on the spot from their homes. You can also find pharmacy, "ventecitas" (local tiny convenient snack "shack", basic supermarket.), bank and more.

CLEANING> Lisette, will clean the house once daily (floor and dusting) at your convince.
COOK>
Lisette is also a wonderful cook and will prepare three delicious meals per day (food / ingredients must be provided)
PROPERTY MANAGER>
Juan Carlos, is your go to guy. He wears a lot of capes: local guide, security, bartender, etc. He is in charge of pool maintenance, security and any other hospitality needs you may have.

Pros:
Nice large B'rooms, Great Pool area, the Beach is a block away, Very Clean and well appointed house, Nice View from the terrace, secluded beach area.
Cons:
Last 2 miles are dirt road, Power bill can be U$25.00/day or more, town/restaurants/supplies are 3~4 miles away.

Beatiful kept house with Mediteranean style.
Shaded swiming pool with a relaxing cascade and incredible water temperatura.
Sand box inside the house next to the pool so everybody can enjoy.
Landscape very well kept and the house keeper very helpfull and allways ready to pamper you.
I will go and I recomend it if you want to have a wonderfull vacation

Definitely I highly recoment Casa Marbella(pochomil beach)
We staying in this property on December 26 thru 28. My family and I have a great time, this house is peaceful, relaxing views ectacular and the staff is extremely nice and helpful and Maria is a wonderful cook.
Marbella house was by far our best experience.
Thank you Carmen for allowing us to rent your beautiful house.

We just spent the best days and nights in this awesome place there's LOTS of pluses if you just want to relax away from the noise . ( I prefer quiet myself ) the beach is a bit rocky BUT at 11 am the fun starts " the courtains" that was just awesome and if you pass the rocky area to the right to a clear area is totally safe to get in the water right at that spot ...... JUST a beautiful beach. WE LOVED IT. AND the most AMAZING staff. just outstanding beautiful respectful and nice ladies... I could stay there again and again. THANKS for sharing your property with us. Carmen.
