Alternative accommodation was clean. They brought a basket with some local foods as an apology.
The apartment we booked hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests . The cleaner that was called to resolve the issue came unprepared, without any clean towels or bedsheets. The alternative location offered didn't have enough rooms so we ended up in two different houses connected by a door. Discount wasn't offered due to booking system not able to process it and told to try resolve it with booking directly. We are still waiting for a response.

Fabulous birthday stay!!
Special touches such as sconces left , games, DVDs, etc. Decor was lovely. Lovely location , plenty around but a lot quieter than other parts of Cornwall.
Everything was spot on. Easy contact with Shareen the manager who also helped when needed.

Commucations with the owners to get information on entry was very fraught for both me and Booking.com. No replies to phone messages or emails.
