Great location. Just a 5-7 minute walk down the hill to the beautiful Porthtowan beach. Hot tub was a great touch and well maintained throughout our 3 week stay. Kitchen is good. Overall the house was very comfortable and have already booked our next stay! Would

Only 1 designated parking space so had to leave our other vehicles at the bottom of the hill in paid carpark. Mattress and pillows could do with renewing at some point soon but fine for now and not bad enough to give a negative review.

The facilities washing machine dishwasher etc . Size of property was excellent and location.

Property tired looking and needing a bit of TLC very disappointed with the back of the property leading up to the hot tub . Loose fencing which was very wobbly this is a safety issue. Broken furniture and outside light not working so unfortunately we were unable to sit outside and relax . Also out the front of the property the ballastrade was wobbling which is also a safety issue. Reading reviews previously from last year 2024 these issues have not been resolved. I think the owners have lost interest as they are trying to sell the property I did not telephone the emergency number to raise issues as just needed to try and relax . My mum had recently passed away a few weeks ago and i could not be dealing with the hassle and stress of sorting these problems out . Just needed the time to deal with my recent loss. So i would very much like some sort of compensation . We have stayed in a few houses on Towan valley and i have to say this was the worst kept accommodation.

This is a good place to stay for 2-3 days but not longer. It’s nice and comfortable inside the condo, no issues with facilities at all. The parking spot is close by. If you’re accustomed to living in a crowded city this condo development will probably feel spacious. For us it all felt too jammed in to enjoy it more than a couple of days.

Very much like a beach hut neighbourhood, seems safe enough area, but kids can't play outside as it's next to a road that cars whip up and down going fast. The house it self is good, apart from the lighting outside the front is poor, and out the back near the hot tub is completely dark, no lights work what's so everyone, pretty dangerous when it's dark and even worse when it's wet - Major Health and Safety Problem. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade, very dated. The house itself has a weird damp smell, and was completely freezing when we arrived, would of been nice for someone to turn the heating on. There is a parking spot but several times when we can back there was someone parking in the spot for the house, so we had to park opposite in someone else's spot. Generally over priced for what it is, oh and the TV is tiny!
