saubere Unterkunft mit schöner Lage / Seeblick, aber mit organisatorischen und Lärm Problemen
- sehr saubere und geräumige Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Balkon - tolle Lage mit Garten und schönen Olivenbäumen, theoretisch ruhig gelegen und mit schöner Aussicht auf den Gardasee gut ausgestattete Küche - abgeschlossener Parkplatz - kostenfreies WLAN im Gebäude (auf dem Balkon mit Empfangsproblemen) - freundlicher Vermieter - unproblematische Wohnungsübergabe und Wohnungsrückgabe - zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein, eine Flasche Wasser und eine Packung Kekse am Küchentisch
- Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack deutlich zu weich; nur ein flaches Kissen (wer höher schlafen will, muss noch etwas mitbringen) - wir waren nur zu dritt, daher für uns kein Problem: aber keine gemeinsame Essmöglichkeit für 6 Personen (Sitzplätze verteilt auf Küche, Balkon und Wohnzimmer) - keine Spülmaschine oder Kaffeeautomat für Espresso (Kaffeemaschine zum Aufbrühen war da) - kein Handtuch-/Bettwäschewechsel bei 8 Nächten - sehr laut jeden Morgen (Gespräche der Vermieter über Balkone hinweg; Telefonieren am Balkon mit Lautsprecher an, spielendes Enkelkind auf quietschender Schaukel, Möbelrücken) → Ausschlafen war keinen Tag möglich - Unstimmigkeiten bei der Abreise wegen Kurtaxe (nachträglich gefordert, keine Gästekarte ausgehändigt, Betrag wirkte nicht korrekt)
