House is in excellent condition - well maintained - great location - pool and yard maintenance was ongoing during our stay (it was windy so this was appreciated) - all as advertised- would gladly come again

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was a huge hit with our son and the stunning beach was a short walk away. We were grateful for the beach cart and chairs provided. It would be nice if they included a beach umbrella for shade. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was the perfect size. Appliances and furniture seem all new - replaced after the hurricanes last fall. I felt like the home was decently clean, but could use a really deep clean all over - especially the bathrooms and floors. Seems like maybe extra dust from recent construction. It also looked like there were previously curtains on the kitchen sliding patio doors that were missing. The property management company is very quick to reply and I liked that we could text to communicate if something needed fixed, etc. I would definitely recommend this location for your next AMI visit!

We enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the back yard. Very peaceful and private. I wish I could have lowered the air conditioning below 72• because it was still very hot and humid in September. We pretty much lived in the pool! I would definitely visit again, just in the cooler months.

Though the house is as shown through the pictures, the location of the property is on a very busy street. The traffic was noisy and fast. I would not want to have young children at this house as the stone driveway is so short and it would not feel safe. The stone driveway also was tracked into the living space making walking barefoot in the home uncomfortable. The lighting in the living area and pool were unusually pretty. The property is only two blocks from the beach, but again the street is busy. We had some problems with the front door key pad as well, but the management stated they would look into this concern.
