For your convenience, the home includes a beach wagon with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and all bath towels, beach towels, and linensâeverything ready for a relaxing stay!
Rental agreement to be signed before check in.
ďťżPlease note a starter set of toiletries and supplies are left for your arrival. The complimentary starter set includes:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small hand soap, one paper towel roll, two garbage bags, small dish soap and two pods for the dishwasher. With a Publix grocery store located nearby for anything else desired.
Entry code is provided day of arrival when rental is ready
Pools are heated October - April at no additional costs. Full disclosure if temperate drop below 60 heaters do not work at full capacity fighting the ambient temp. Below 60 the heaters do not come on until temperatures rise
Please Remember: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level. Noise ordinance is in effect 10pm to 7am. Excessive and unreasonable noise can result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Great location - a quick walk to the ocean, trolley pick up, shopping, and eating places. Thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, as well as the space the home provided - we had plenty of room to spread out. Amanda was very responsive.

This home was beautiful. The location was about 1-2 blocks to the beach. Literally around the corner. The pool was a refreshing alternative when we needed a break from the beach and the heat. Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely come back again.
