THE POOL IS PRIVATE AND ONLY FOR THE USE OF THE GUESTS IN THIS HOME WHICH IS SEABREEZE SANDS. IT IS NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE.
In the heart of Holmes Beach, this lovely three-bedroom house offers a perfect blend of sunshine, sandy beaches, and ocean views that make every trip truly amazing. Nestled just a short 8-minute drive from the stunning Coquina Beach, you'll be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Tampa Bay region, with the vibrant city of Bradenton Beach just a stone's throw away.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy al fresco dining on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking ocean views.
When it's time to unwind, sink into the comfort of the living room, where you can catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV or delve into a good book. For the little ones, there are plenty of games and entertainment options to keep them occupied.

The house is 300 ft from the beach - you do have to cross a road. But we are about as close as you can be without actually being on the beach.
The house is on 3 floors and an elevator runs between all floors.
There are 6 beach chairs and a beach cart.
There is a Weber gas grill.

This was our fourth trip to AMI, and we still prefer the Holmes Beach area because it’s so centrally located. The house was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, and there was lots of seating for everyone to relax.The water views were beautiful, and we loved watching the sunset from the porch. The walk to the beach couldn’t have been easier, and the pool area with the grill and outdoor dining was a great bonus.We had a wonderful week, and this house made our stay easy, comfortable, and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Our stay was great, Nicky was very and responsive. The property was excellent, beds were comfortable. You have to be careful while eating outside because the wind can blow napkins and paper towels off into the pool of the adjoining property. Overall the place is excellent and I would stay again.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at home.The house itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious and comfortable. We particularly loved the great view and the convenience of the elevator, which was a huge help for our handicapped family member. The living area was perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed wonderful dinners on the deck while watching the sunset – truly a highlight of our trip! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, if not better.The location was ideal and incredibly convenient. We enjoyed being very close to everything, making it easy to explore and access all the local amenities. The surroundings were peaceful, and the beautiful views from the property were simply breathtaking.The host was amazing! Communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful from booking to checkout. They ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Our only suggestion would be to have more towels available, especially for a longer stay or a larger group.We would absolutely and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and accessible family vacation in Holmes Beach.
