Perfect stay

Very friendly staff, good location, very nice restaurant with a variety of dishes and good prices, very nice breakfast with lots of choice, comfy beds, very good shower, every day the room was cleaned, the BEST airconditioning …

the noise from the hallway. I slept by the main entrance/exit-door and I heard everyone come in and go out, pretty loudly. That means they can probably hear me too if I talked or put the TV on. But I really think other rooms would not experience this. I was a solo traveller, so I got the small room next to the door. So if I am being honest, this does not affect my rating, as everything else was exceptional!

Modern, clean, comfortable

Despite the fact that the hotel is located in a small village it can be found just next to a road where trucks and cars are passing by. It’s kind of noisy. I had room 4 just next to the main entrance and the stairs where every guest must walk by, it’s loud, the entrance door is shutting regularly.

The worst experience I have had in booking.com. The hotel staff behaved very unkindly . Even when booking.com thought a refund was more than appropriate, they stubbornly refused to reimburse me or other solutions.

the rooms were spacious and the location was next to europa park. they had very good air conditioning and the bathrooms were nice. the staff were very friendly and whatever we asked we got. the breakfast was delicious.

the were no elevators to take our luggage to the rooms and the place from outside looks old and weary.

Very nice hotel in a quite area. The staff is very friendly and always keen and attentive to your needs It is a new hotel, beds are really comfortable and everything is absolutely clean. It has an excellent and cozy restaurant.

There is no communication between the rooms and the reception/restaurant. In order to go to the rooms you have to take the stairs which are outside the main building, this might not be convenient for people with a heavy suitcase or in case of bad weather.

We were two adults plus two kids age 13. The room was very clean with air condition in the parents' room. We had everything that we needed. Breakfast was basic but more than enough for us with fresh bread, vegetables, eggs, cheese, juices and coffee. The place is several minutes drive from Europa park. Given the chance, we would definitely return.

The beautiful newly renovated rooms, the excellent dinner seved at the property. I highly recommend families visiting Europa park to stay here if they want a small hotel with authentic food.
