Extremely unpleasant hostess!!!

We arrived early and were welcomed warmly by the female host, who made check-in pleasant. The basement apartment was excellent, and we left our teenage sons there while shopping nearby. However, during our absence, the male host entered the apartment abruptly using his own key and not knocking first, insisting our sons pack and move upstairs due to a supposed reservation error. This caused unnecessary stress. Upon returning, the female host accused us of providing incorrect information about the number of guests, which was not true. Her aggressive tone made us feel unwelcome.Despite the male host later apologizing, the overall handling of the situation and the female host's continued avoidance left us feeling unwelcome throughout the stay. Although the location and accommodation are convenient for visiting Europa Park, the handling of the incident and lack of customer service overshadowed the stay.

Very good facilities, comfortable beds, very helpful owner. And parks (Europa & Rulantica) easily reachable on foot. All was perfect!

Area Looked Safe

Host was not, very welcoming or helpful. We literally paid 300 plus Euros for 1 small room with five beds, in the pictures it looks like an apartment of reasonable size. For a little more we could have stayed at the top five star Europa Star hotels , real bad value for money and no breakfast either.

De ontvangst was niet prettig. We konden tot 20u inchecken en kwamen om 19.30u aan. De kamer was nog niet klaar en we moesten maar buiten wachten of naar een restaurant gaan. We waren op doorreis en vanwege ziekte hadden we een slaapplaats nodig. Het is erg gehorig, hele avond een huilend kind gehoord.

Appartement spacieux avec grande terrasse, propre, fonctionnel, près d’Europapark à pied et avec place de parking. Accueil : propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Apparemment équipé de papier toilette, filtre pour la machine à café, linge de cuisine, mini bar, …

Die Größe der Wohnung war gut. Betten bequem.

Das Auschecken hat zu lange gedauert. Wollten mit den Kindern am morgen rechtzeitig zum Europa Park, leider konnten wir aufgrund des Vermieters verspätet losfahren, da wir noch anstehen mussten, da ein anderer Gast extrem lange mit Erklärungen von ihm eingecheckt wurde.

La clarté , l’appartement est agréable et équipé juste au minimum et le lieu géographique par rapport à Europa Park .

Insgesamt gut.

Super sauber, alles da, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Spüli, Lappen usw. Es gab sogar Netflix. Super Lage

Leider stand im Angebot nicht, dass die Wohnungen im Keller sind, das war etwas dunkel für 5 Tage mit Kindern. Auch der in der Ausstattung hier angeführte Garten mit Terrasse darf leider ausdrücklich nicht betreten werden, da privat.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es hat in der Wohnung alles was man braucht.Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus.Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich.
