House is clean and spacious. It is 1/4 mile walk to the beach and very good location. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are big with great water showers.
Wifi is very sporadic and unreliable. If you plan on working plan alternate as wifi may not keep up. Kitchen has no condiments available, none. So be prepared for smallest of things to be purchased or carried. House carries no beach accessories.

Nicely decorated and very comfortable unit. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would stay again;)
Refrigerator troubles. Repair man came but it didn’t keep things cold. A/C didn’t keep up well.

Location and facilities were great. Very close to the beach and all the downtown Coligny and Shelter Cove areas.
Refrigerator was broken the entire week. Although the tech made 3 trips out for repair, it was still broken when we left. Vacasa did provide us a mini-fridge and coolers with ice, so I really appreciate they're willingness to help us with the issue.
