We enjoyed staying in Shipyard. The villa was very clean and organized and had everything that we needed. A short walk or ride to the beach access. Close to everything on HHI.
The outside of the condo could use some paint and clean up. The two king size mattresses were not very comfortable. I think it should be one pet fee for both dogs. $450 seems excessive. And we had to pay for a second car pass.
