Could do with a bigger hot water tank

The villa is very nicely furnished, the beds in very good condition, plenty of towels, kitchen equipped with all utensils as stated in the description, also providing washing-up liquid, coffee, oil, pepper, and salt, i.e. everything you need. The exceptionally nice hosts Ms. Aggeliki and her husband had the refrigerator filled with water, milk and orange juice before our arrival and provided us with local fruits during our stay. A minor problem with the toilet flush in one bathroom they got repaired by a plumber immediately. There are two bathrooms on the second floor, each accessible from one of the two bedrooms. One is pretty large containing the jacuzzi, the other rather small (Greek standard). The excellent rating of Villa Silvia is a little bit reduced by the fact that the jacuzzi could not be used properly due to insufficient hot water supply. The villa is located just outside of the village/ town of Agios Matthaios, very conveniantly close to the local bakery, the town center within esay walking distance. The building stands very close to the mountain and faces against north, perfect only for the hottest months of the year.

Agios Matthaios offers two (small) supermarkets, three restaurants (of average quality) and several sidewalk cafés, however, all along the narrow, congested, and noisy through street.

Great hosts, very nice, had fruit, water and the like for us. Very nice accommodation, there was no problem. Beautiful terrace, ideal for couples and families. Thank you. :))
