Our stay at Villa on the Sea in Lefkada was absolutely wonderful. The villa is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking sea views that make every morning and evening special. Its location is perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet only a short drive from Lefkada Town and some of the island’s most beautiful beaches.
The only small issue was the road when exiting the property by car. Visibility is quite limited, which makes it a bit dangerous to pull out onto the road. Installing a traffic mirror at the entrance would greatly improve safety for guests and passing vehicles.

Great host, cleaning staff was awesome, super location, apt is newly renovated and super clean/nice. A bit small for 3 people, but I knew that going in. Perfect for a couple or at most a couple with a young child. For us (2 adults and a teenager) it was a bit tight. But we managed!
Going in and out of the property with the car is tricky. There's not very good visibility going out. One of those mirrors on the opposite side of the street would help A LOT!

We had a very nice stay at the villa on the sea. The location is excellent, just next to the water, which makes it very relaxing and special. The place is new, clean, and well maintained. The host was kind and welcoming, and the area is quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. Overall, a great place that we would happily recommend.

We stayed in this place already for the second time. The beach is across the street and Lefkada town is 5 minutes by car. The apartments have got everything you need, the upper ones have got sea view. The premises are well kept, there are beautiful plants. There is a free parking space on the premises. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You can call any time you need. Great WiFi connection.
This doesn’t really concern the property itself and is not its fault but it has to be said somewhere. Due to the extreme building activity in Lefkada there is heavy truck traffic almost all day long and partly at night. Please consider- if you destroy all the nature, olive groves and vineyards on the island you will destroy the reason why people come to this island. They are not looking for concrete, but for the landscape and vegetation. Stop destroying this treasure!
