Certains résidents ( peut être des propriétaires ) se considèrent comme privilégiés, ils vous jettent des regards de mépris, ils vous parlent d’une manière désagréable.

The apartment complex is lovely and safe/secure. The apartment is well thought out and has everything required for a holiday. It was lovely and clean and everything worked as it should. The air con is on a timer and was very effective. The pool area was clean and had plenty of beds available, and the surrounding grounds are very elegant. The allocated underground car parking space is very large and easily accessible via a lift directly outside the apartment door. We were met with the keys and a wonderful cheerful welcome by Ewelina, she showed us how everything worked before leaving us to enjoy our holiday.

Unfortunately we found the beds way too firm and unforgiving which resulted in very fitful sleep. The sofa in the lounge area is also very uncomfortable

Apartamento muy cómodo y limpio. Zona muy tranquila para relajarse y a 5 min en coche de la playa!

La única pega que podría poner es que hay que coger el coche para todo porque no hay nada cerca.

The apartment was modern and fresh with an enormous terrace in glorious grounds and pool which was never busy. We fell in love with the little town of San Luis de Sabinillas which was close by with all the entertainment and amenities we needed but not overly exploited. It was also only a 10-15min drive to Estepona with it's beautiful old town and restaurants. We did two amazing day trips - one to Tarifa, a 60 min drive away at the southernmost tip of Spain. Tarifa was beautiful and bohemian with lovely bars and restaurants and a mecca for kite surfers so very entertaining. The other day was canyoning at Benahavís - a family friendly river walk that took about 90mins. Finally it was wonderful to have the use of the underground garage space at the apartment complex which was accessed by lift or staircase directly outside the apartment door. The car was a sauna when parked in the street so we were immensely grateful to get into the cool car in the garage.

The AC was set to go off every hour which meant that it was difficult to sleep at night. There were no blinds in the living room which added to this problem when sleeping on the sofabed. The shower cubicle in the second bathroom was extremely tight. The 2km walk to the beach was too far in the heat of July and so one was dependent on the car.
