The villa has beautiful views and we enjoyed seeing the iguanas everyday! Everything you could need was supplied and they even have lots of extra sunscreen and bug spray. The bedroom downstairs has a humidity problem but it does have a dehumidifier in there that needs to be emptied daily. The only thing that we didn’t care for was the road going up to the villa and the dirt road leading to the villa. Very rocky and something slashed our tire and it went flat immediately coming in.

We have been to the USVI several times but always at a resort. This was our first stay on St. John itself and first time in a house. It did not disappoint. The house is perfect for two couples with essentially miror image suites on either side of the house. The indoor space is very nice, comfortable and quite well appointed and the outdoor space is awesome. The deck overlooking beuatuful Cruz Bay and the pool one level down is a fantastic place to spend your time. Close to ferry, downtown Cruz Bay and its restauratns and attractions and close to other resorts. The drive up to the house is serious but once you've done it a time or two, its no problem. We love the safe and friendly feel of St. John and this beautiful property is a great choice! Access to the rest of the gorgeous place that is St. John is easy. We LOVE it and will be back. Thanks!
