Bethel Vista is an exceptional St. John villa for families traveling with young children, combining thoughtful family friendly amenities with beautiful island living. Newly added Starlink internet and backup power provide added peace of mind, helping to keep the villa comfortable and connected throughout your stay. Family friendly amenities include a crib, two toddler beds, and a high chair, allowing families to travel a little lighter and settle in more easily upon arrival.
From the moment you enter, floor to ceiling windows showcase sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and the town of Cruz Bay. The open living and dining area offers a comfortable place for the entire family to gather, whether enjoying breakfast together, relaxing after a day at the beach, or simply taking in the view.
The villa features three private bedroom suites, each with an en suite bathroom. The primary suite occupies its own wing for added privacy and includes a spacious walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, and beautiful ocean views. The two additional suites are accessed from the exterior patio and feature newly upgraded split air conditioning systems for added comfort.
Upstairs, the loft offers flexible sleeping space with a queen Murphy bed and full en suite bathroom. This versatile space also features a dedicated office area with additional seating and room for games, or it can serve as a private fourth bedroom, allowing you to use the space in the way that best suits your party. Fast and reliable Starlink internet makes it especially convenient for remote work during your stay.

Great overall. Nicest place we have stayed at in a decade of visits to Saint John. Well situated, easy access to Cruz bay, and loved the community pool concept.

Online pictures had a king bed upstairs and when we arrived it was a living area with a Murphy bed. Great space, but not as pictured. It may work for some but would have a been a problem if we had another couple with us. (We were a group of seven). Our stay was interrupted by a 48 hour power outage for the entire island. Unusual in length but not in occurrence for St John. We were very surprised that a villa this size did not have a generator. If you wear a CPAP, as do two in our party, bring some sort of battery. Not having electricity we understand, but this meant not having water or being able to flush toilets for 48 hours. There did not appear to be a contingency for this. We went and bought bottled water and guest services eventually brought three gallons to us (remember seven people). We also “borrowed” water from the pool. There was no emergency kit that was stated on the check in list. We had one flashlight but no batteries. And only one bedroom had windows that opened which would have been nice when we didn’t have air. But we couldn’t utilize the nice breeze to cool down because the windows didn't open. All that said, the property itself is superbly maintained and has a wonderful westward view. We come to St. John a lot and this is probably the first area we would stay a second time in (albeit probably in another unit with a generator or power wall) The people of the island were wonderful as always even with the added stress of the power outage.

The property was just as it was listed. The house was conveniently located to the beaches and grocery store. The house was big enough for four teens and four adults to have their own space. The workout room and pool table was great for the older teens. We would stay here again!
