This beautiful hillside stone villa offers captivating ocean views overlooking neighboring islands, creating a peaceful and scenic setting for your St. John getaway. Designed for relaxation and comfort, the home is well suited for families or small groups seeking space, privacy, and an authentic island experience.
The villa is conveniently located approximately 8 minutes by car from Cruz Bay, providing easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, ferry services, and many of the island’s most popular beaches.
The home offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and space for families or small groups. The primary suite features a king bed and a private patio, creating a relaxing retreat. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes two full beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for guests.
The villa features inviting indoor and outdoor living spaces, including a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dedicated workstation and coffee station, ideal for remote work or slow mornings. A dining area provides space to gather for meals, while air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the home.
Guests can enjoy three patios, including both front and back balcony areas, perfect for relaxing and taking in the island atmosphere. Additional amenities include Smart TVs and Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying your island escape.
Multiple patio areas allow guests to enjoy ocean views, island breezes, and outdoor relaxation throughout the day.
The villa is located along a hillside road, which is typical for homes on St. John. The access road is steep and a rental car is strongly recommended for ease of travel, beach access, and grocery runs. Guests should be comfortable driving on island hills and curves.
Due to the proximity to the roadway, guests may experience occasional road noise, particularly during daytime hours. This location offers convenient access to Cruz Bay while maintaining privacy and scenic views.
Transportation
Taxi services are available on the island, though availability may vary. Public bus service exists but is limited, less reliable, and does not provide direct access to most beaches. A personal or rental vehicle is the most practical option for enjoying the island.

Our second time staying on St. John in recent years (visited '23 last) and Edward's condo was perfect for our family of 5! The living room and kitchen furnishings provided ample space and comfort, and the bedrooms were nicely decorated and had A/C. The location was ideal along Centerline, and the driveway was easily manageable with the Jeep (called Edward to find the property and he directed us). The view from the porch was incredible, and the back porch with rinse spigot made snorkel clean-up easy. Hurricane Erin caused rain and some power outages, but Edward kept the back-up generator running often to keep the basics on for us, and was very responsive over our 7-day stay. 10/10 gorgeous place and we would stay again!

Lera, the owener, is thoughtful, kind and generaous. She gave us detailed direction and instructions on use of applicance ahead of time. As soon as we entered the villa, a welcome gift box was waiting for us (rum, bottled water, coffe, tea, and snacks). Beach chairs and cooler are available too. Edward, the property manager, is also helpful. He responded to our questions and request quickly. We encountered power outage due to thunderstorm a couple of times during our stay. Both Lera and Edward tried their best to help us to enjoy our vacation in St. John. We really appreicated!
