We really enjoyed the open spacing and the organization of the house. We did have tonre wash the glassware as our first 4 glasses we grabbed from drawer were not cleaned. The counter top island was definitely not wiped clean. But we found enough sanitizer spray to do a good scrub. The bedrooms were comfortable. We woll be bacl again for another stay.

Our 3rd year at this house and we love it! Well laid out, plenty of room, nicely updated, and an 8 min walk to the beach.

Didn't like the ant infestation in the kids room.
Disappointed with the cleanliness, the house needed a better surface wiping and floor vacuuming. We swept the floor on fist arrival, and also disinfected the high touch surfaces. The bedrooms need better vacuuming, as the ants were eating cookies under the kids bunk bed. 2nd floor bedroom had trash and leftover clothing under the beds. We left the house cleaner than it was when we arrived.
Disappointed by inaccurate grill description. Expected a gas grill. Found a rusty charcoal grill, filled with old ash.
All above disappointments could easily be addressed by a good property manager!
The WiFi wasn't working at first, unplugged/replugged the power and it worked.
Liked the newness of remodel. The restrooms were nicely made. The kitchen is open and welcoming. The walk to the beach is reasonable with kids.
The Adirondack chairs looked new.
Overall stay was OK, but cannot recommend unless the property manager addresses the cleanliness and grill concerns above.
