Unit T441 Limited ocean view condo located on the 1st floor of Pacific Terraces.
Queen bed in the Main bedroom, and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. Sofa sleeper in the living room. Flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD Player. From your unit it's just a few minute stroll to the beach. Catch a glimpse of our famous Elk in town, or if you're lucky when they're wandering the property!
You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool. There will be NO access to a hot tub.
NO PETS ALLOWED. Sometimes the owner brings a dog.
**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

first floor location was a big plus for us, because of our ages of under two years to over 70 years.
We wished we were closer to the pool, but we were steps to the beach

Easy process, friendly management and close to easy beach access.
Not sure if there’s wheelchair access to the area we stayed.

Musty smell, popcorn ceiling coming down, no hand soap, no screens on any of the sliding doors, crooked toilet seat so sat on rim to go, rusty knobs, uncomfortable beds, damp sofa upon check in, uncomfortable sofa. Says to not move furniture but must in order to use couch to sleep on. Curtains in main room dirty. Overpriced for quality. Can't imagine what is preventing owners from investigating even 1K to update the property and fixtures. Most fans didnt work or were so noisy they were a nuisance.
