About this villa rental
Fantastic new private pool villa close to Na Jom Tien and Pattaya in secure gated community. 7-10 mins drive to the beach. Beautiful peaceful relaxing location, great for unwinding after a day at the beach, world class golf within easy reach, nearby beautiful islands, or partying in Pattaya. 3 double bedrooms, 75", 55" and 45" TV's and 7.1 Home Theater system, fast WIFI, Netflix, Google Home automation, Sonos, Full AirCon, Gas Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Combo Microwave/Oven/Grill. Fully equipped property with absolutely everything you need.
About the Space:
Situated on a large corner plot, our Pool Villa home is beautifully maintained and entirely yours for your stay. With 3 generously sized double bedrooms (Master has ensuite bathroom), the villa can sleep 6 in the bedrooms and has a flip-down sofa bed accommodating another person reasonably comfortably in the lounge space. Additionally, traditional Thai floor mats and cushions and several inflatable mattresses are available if you are a large family or group (please note the small additional charge per person above 7). Transportation options include moped hire (from 350 baht for 24 hrs/day), car hire (from 950 baht per 24 hrs/day), chauffeur pick-up to/from airport if needed for complete peace-of-mind. About Guest Access:
Entire property is yours while you stay. Our gated community has security 24/7 so you can come and go as you please without worrying. The electric front gate is operated by remote control making access to the covered porch area nice and easy, even in the rain. You can enjoy the house, pool, and garden area completely at your leisure and in privacy.

About the Neighbourhood:
Just outside of Pattaya and nearby na Jom Tien, this area is semi-rural yet close to all the action at the beach (around 7-10 mins drive away), Jomtien town (around 10 mins drive) and in the city of Pattaya (around 20-25 mins drive). Renowned as a world class destination for beach, golf, and fun holidays, this location is great also for exploring the nearby islands of the Bay of Thailand, exploring cultural highlights nearby, or just relaxing with a bit of shopping in the brand new city mall complex.
Getting Around:
Under-cover parking is available at the villa for 2 cars. You can park more vehicles directly outside the property. The community is gated and has a 24/7 security guard very close to the property (we are at the front of the village).
We can provide mopeds (from 350 baht per 24 hrs/day) or hire care (from 850 baht per 24 hrs/day for Nissan Almera 5 seater, or 1400 baht per 24 hrs/day for Pajero Sport 4x4) for quick and easy access to the beach, golf, and city experiences. Contact us for more info. Alternatively use the Grab app (it's Asia's Uber) to easily order a taxi to/from the property.

From the first contact with Agnus and Rein till on the final day of our stay we felt very welcome in their home. A place where there is everything to make your holiday a very pleasure one: bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bathrooms, big livingroom with good kitchen and utilities and a cosy outdoor. Airco everywhere. Good wifi and we loved the Google Home Automation!

We like to add the great hospitality of Agnus and Rein to help you. They organised motorbikes to be delivered at the house. Yes, you do need transportation to get to the beaches (i.e. Jomtien Beach is 15 min on the bike) of to Pattaya (i.e. 40 min to Bali Hai Pier). And they gave us a lot of tips about restaurants in the area, places to go and see and we knew they were always available whenever you might need help. Great!! Thank you!
