Baan Nern Khao Resort Pattaya

Layout of the resort, the size of the rooms, with everything you could want or need. Its clean, tidy, secure. Air-conditioning in bedroom and main living room gives great cooling. And its quiet running.

Only very small negative, was the road was next to our room, H7, so sometimes you hear trucks and motorbikes during the night

The garden was excellent, as was the maintenance and cleanliness. Very relaxed vibe.

Breakfast is minimal, could have added basics like eggs, sausages, or rice. No English speaking staff

Incredible resort - small and homely. Lovely houses - amazing hosts - thoroughly recommend.

Perhaps some more options at breakfast but its only a small resort so is understandable.

The bed was comfortable, and it was a quiet location. We got an early check-in and late check out. We were the only guests in the resort for the week.

On arrival, it was not prepared for us. No TV in the living area, the floors were dirty with Ghekko poo and dust. There were layers of dirt under the beds. There was mould in the microwave and on the kettle, and toaster. There was a 3 inch gap under the back door in the kitchen where ants, mosquitoes, ghekko, and everything else could get through. I complained about this, and there was a big clean-up afterwards. The pool was not cleaned (along with the house, I cleaned this myself). The aircons were blowing dust, and this was evident on the floors that I cleaned each day. The showers were dirty with soap scum. The bbq was unusable as ot it had rusted away.
