About this house rental
Our home is in a prime location. If you are here to just sight see or here for Air Force graduation/ parents week this is the place for you. We are 10 minutes away from USAFA and very close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. 5 minutes down the road we have Bass Pro, Sheels, Top Golf along with Over Drive racing. Many local breweries in the area too. Denver is only 45 minutes away! Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a king. Upstairs has a bunk bed with lower bed in a full size. We have 2 more bedrooms both queens. The master bedroom is closed off to guests. Enjoy the turf out back with a gas grill and gas fire pit.

Great property, clean, quiet neighborhood close to USAFA, restaurants. The rooms in the house easily accommodated our party of 6. The boys especially loved the Theatre room.

Heather was amazing to work with. Our previous booking on VRBO cancelled on us with less than a week before we were showing up so we were sent scrambling. I found Heather's listing and booked it immediately. Due to some of us driving in and some flying we needed a place to drop stuff off before the normal 4:00 check in time and she was super helpful by letting in at 12:00. The house itself was amazing and had everything you could need. Unlike many VRBO properties we have stayed in you could tell this was their primary home but they did a good job of giving us access to things we needed and putting away the things we didnt. The room setup worked out great I only wish we had access to one more bathroom since we had a group of softball players that needed showers at the same time. We worked around that and things worked out fine with some planning. If we come back for the tournament next year I will be searching for this booking again.

We loved this place. There was space for everyone and was very well kept. We really enjoyed the espresso machine. It was well equipped with the things we needed. My kids loved the theater room.

Enjoyed staying at this house with our kids and grandchildren to attend a wedding in nearby Larkspur. Perfectly located to nearby Colorado Springs. Had a wonderful time!
