About this house rental
This lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in northern Colorado Springs in a secluded neighborhood but just minutes from the Air Force Academy north gate, restaurants and shopping. It backs up to open space with beautiful views of the front range and miles of walking trails.
There are 3000 sq. feet of comfortable, clean living space including a fully equipped, recently remodeled kitchen. There is a living room, dining room, den, bathroom and master suite upstairs and downstairs a rec room with pool table, sun room with TV and 3 bedrooms and a bath. All bathrooms are recently remodeled as well.
There is a large, furnished deck with a view of Pikes Peak to have dinner and relax after a day of sightseeing.
There is one king bed, two queens and three twins. One twin air mattresses is available..
This home will provide your group with a perfect home base to enjoy the Rocky Mountains!

We echo the other reviews - great home close to campus, in a quiet neighborhood with walking paths. Hosts were welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would rent again without hesitation. Thanks Jerome and Dorothy! You helped make a special time in our family's life relaxing and worry free.

We rented the entire home for our son’s graduation week from USAFA. This home is perfectly located just minutes away from campus with lots of room for hosting family and friends.
We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our guests throughout enjoyed watching the Thunderbirds practice from our lovely outdoor deck.
Jerome and Dorothy were the perfect hosts and their home was immaculately cleaned. They even provided fresh flower decorations and baked muffins, amazing thoughtful amenities.
This is our third time staying at this home (first two times we only rented the lower level) and we highly recommend!
