Only 20 meters above the sea, in an idyllic, protected bay, the well-maintained apartment is located in the two-party house "La Pardela", at the end of banana plantations in a small urbanization.
Whether you enjoy the sunset on the sound of the sea on your private terrace, relax on the sun loungers in your small garden or unwind while fishing in the bay - here you can forget the time.
The lovingly furnished apartment with private entrance has a living / dining room with large, comfortable sofa bed (2x2 m), free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, a bedroom with double bed (1,40x2m) incl. Sea view, a bathroom with shower cabin and separate corner bath with sea view, a kitchen, equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a terrace with cozy garden furniture, a small garden with two sun loungers.
Free parking is available in front of the house.
Surroundings and leisure activities:
In the neighboring bay, just five minutes away, lies the large sandy beach "El Socorro". From the terrace of the small restaurant there you can not only watch the surfers, but sometimes also paragliders who land there.
On the doorstep beautiful coastal walks begin as far as Puerto de la Cruz or across banana plantations to the mountains.
If you want to stroll and shop, you can reach Puerto de la Cruz, the largest holiday resort in the north of the island, or the romantic old town of La Orotava in just ten minutes.
Enterprising people will find all kinds of sports and leisure activities within 30 minutes. We will gladly give you further information on site.

We had a wonderful week at the villa. What a view, we fell asleep and woke up to the tranquil sounds of the sea. The description and pictures of the villa are accurate. There are excellent sand beaches very near to the property so do some exploring if you have the time. Monika was the best! You couldn't ask for a better host. She provided several useful suggestions and tips. We were able to explore the island from this homebase, but we did rent a car. We flew into the southern airport which is just over an hours drive. In hindsight, we probably should have flown into the northern airport which was much closer.
I would highly recommend a stay at this property. We hope someday to return see more of beautiful Tenerife!

Wer das Meer liebt, wird auch diese Wohnung lieben, Meeresrauschen und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Die individuell gestaltete Einrichtung hat unseren Geschmack voll getroffen, so dass wir uns schnell zu Hause gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin, auch sie hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Liebevoll und individuell ausgestattet, dabei vieles über ein Normalmaß hinaus. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr behilflich, aber zurückhaltend. Die Lage ist ruhig, man wird selten Menschen sehen oder hören. Das absolut Tolle ist eine große Terrasse mit Garten, alles liegt direkt über dem Meer, das man sehr gut beobachten kann. Wer die Natur und Einsamkeit liebt, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.

Sauber, großzügig und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Liegt etwas abseits, aber das weiß man vorher.
