Single storey house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen, 1 swimming pool, large terrace.
Large living room and equipped kitchen, internet.
Sea views (Atlantic Ocean) and beautiful sunsets
Ideal for couples without children or elderly couples
Situation:
1 hour drive from South Airport and 30 minutes from North Airport.
7 minutes walk to the village (calle Longuera) where there are restaurants, bars, bakeries, butcher, food shops, hairdresser, beauty and wellness center (massages, relaxation).
La Vila shopping mall located 10 minutes away by car.
5 km drive from Puerto de la Cruz (small town with excellent Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Lebanese,...) restaurants
The sea is located 5 km away by car (Playa de Punta Brava or Playa de Socorro) and on foot it takes about 45 minutes
There is a zoo in Puerto de la Cruz reputed to be the most beautiful in Europe (Loro Parque).
Surfing+diving+walking tours to Teid (volcano) and throughout the island and possibility to take the aerial cableway to reach the top of the volcano with an exceptional view and walks to the top (advance bookings by internet).
The best is to rent a car at the airport or take a taxi to the house and on the spot there are buses or taxis for democratic prices
