Die Wohnung (mit 2 Schlafzimmern) ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zwar nicht direkt in Puerto Cruz sondern gehört zum "Vorort" Punta Brava. Zu Fuß ist man aber in 20-30 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Hanglage, direkt oberhalb des Loro Parkes, was aber nicht störend ist. Ein Auto ist aber sehr empfehlenswert. Der zugehörige Gemeinschaftspool ist nicht sehr groß aber ausreichend zum kurzen Abkühlen und ein paar Runden zur Erfrischung vor dem Frühstück oder Abendessen zu schwimmen :)
Der Pool ist eigentlich per Solaranlage beheizt, die aber leider gerade defekt war- aber schwimmen war halt umso erfrischender.
Der Sohn der Eigentümerin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen oder Tipps (z.B. Restaurantempfehlungen o.ä.) immer via Handy erreichbar. Fazit: sehr angenehmer Gastgeber und absolut empfehlenswertes Appartment. Wir kommen wieder....

Excellent accommodation was spacious, very comfortable & spotless with amazing warm pool and great views. Very helpful owners who met and guided us to the apartment and provided starter groceries to welcome us. We loved Loro Parque (Zoo with shows) just below the apartment, and the resort of Puerto de la Cruz was attractive. We walked from the centre along the coast to Bollulo bay which was a good walk and beach down the hill from the apartment was great too. We didnt stray that far as it was lovely at the apartment and pool. Hard to beat!
