The location is very good, it's close to the historic walls but away from the crazy crowds. I think the city does not have a lot of foreign tourists yet, so not everyone at the property understands or speaks English, but they are trying their best and I am sure this will change with the increase in numbers of foreign travelers. The rooms are quite comfortable, the staff is very accommodating and the food is very good
AC controls in the rooms are not functional unless you call the front desk and ask them to turn it on
It is not really a problem if you know about it, but it is not immediately clear and I see other reviews complaining about hot rooms and AC not working . The procedure should be explained to the guests at check in and there will be no confusion

It was my second stay at this hotel, so I knew what to expect. It was another wonderful stay: clean room, helpful staff, good restaurant, great location. I sincerely recommend this hotel.

Lovely and clean hotel room. Great facilities in the room. Restaurant open until midnight and really yummy food. Hotel staff very friendly and professional
