Super beleefde en vriendelijke personeel
Moeilijk te bereiken met de auto. Op de site wordt aangegeven dat het hotel beschikt over een eigen parkeerplaats. Dit is helaas niet het geval. Er zijn 2 parkeerplaatsen voor de deur die heel moeilijk bereikbaar zijn.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s walking distance to most of the touristic sites and has a great view. The konak itself is beautiful and has been renovated to preserve its authenticity. Hatice and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic - they go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable. Rooms are spacious and modern with basic amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Mardin.
The hotel is higher up the hill so be prepared to walk

Location, the view and breakfast.
Issues with water pressure and temperature. Almost no pressure un high floor room. No hot water. Room smell.
