    Very stylish boutique hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff was very responsive in replying messages. I very much enjoyed their breakfast and their coffee machine. The downside is access. It is no where near a road, so it is inaccessible by car. I parked 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Need to climb a lot of stairs and even by walking it is not easy to find. But it is located in the old city, so the walk back and worth is part of my visit to Mardin

    The hotel is excellent, and the breakfast is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even though they can’t speak much English. You can easily use Google Translate or a similar app to communicate. We received great help from Ismael. The hot shower was also excellent and really helped us recover our stamina, especially since Mardin is cold from morning until night. One thing to consider is that taxis stop about 100–200 meters from the hotel because the hotel cannot be reached directly by car. If you are bringing a lot of luggage, be prepared to climb some stairs. Unfortunately, the only downside was that the toilet had a bad smell.

    A wonderful renovated hotel, newly opened. Fantastic hospitality, a luxury experience, comfortable bed, lovely and clean, hot water and a wonderful breakfast. Very attentive staff, helping with any inquiries. An exceptional views of Mesopotamia on the terraces. Definitely 5/5
