I felt safe and truly well taken care of during my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. —honestly, he felt more like local guides than hotel staff 🤣🥰✨ (his name is ismail)
The room was spacious, warm, and spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping. The location is excellent—close to major attractions yet quiet and relaxing.
I really loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Great location, beautiful views from the terrace, and tasty breakfast. The staff was absolutely amazing, very kind, generous, and helpful and watched out for me. They were able to help me with everything that came up. I would stay here again next time.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right next to Republic Square. It is a good hotel with extremely good staff. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and meet our every need. Ismail, in particular, was excellent. He seems to operate on nothing but tea and tobacco, but anticipated our needs and was a fun person to be with. The lady who manages the hotel was very thoughtful, as well as Mehmet, who took us for tours.

Great location, good facilities, but the best was the staff — they are exceptional and went out of their way for us to help us have an enjoyable stay.
Special regards to Ismail (who has amazing energy), Zeyn and the kind lady who manages the hotel. Also great regards to Mehmet, who toured us around the area in his taxi.
I don’t know how Ismail has so much energy, but he really made every effort to make us feel comfortable and cared for.
The location is excellent in old Mardin. But don’t try to drive here. Better to taxi about (or walk, as it is very walkable).
