Gorgeous private Garden Studio in Subiaco, fully-equipped including evaporative cooler for the summer months and set in a lovely private garden. Spacious & new, with a lovely aspect to the garden including outdoor table & chairs (and BBQ on request) on a small brick patio.
The studio is a "stones throw" from Subiaco village which has a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. It's also close to the city, Perth nightlife & beaches by car, bus or rail. Ample street parking available.

I had a great stay at the studio. When I entered the studio soft music and atmospheric light welcomed me, a warm welcome! The studio is practical and comfortable. The studio is located in a quiet part of the Subiaco district. The city center of Perth can be reached in just 15 minutes by public transport. Although we didn't meet in person, communication with the host was excellent. I appreciated that the studio offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city. In my opinion, the studio is highly recommended if you're traveling to Perth.

The studio is perfectly located in Subiaco in a wonderful suburb of Perth with nice restaurants and everything you need, especially for breakfast. You can also spend a nice evening on the terrace of the studio. The studio is well equiped, absolutely clean and we found also some drinks in the fridge upon our arrival. Peter and Roland were great hosts!
