How close it was to the beach. The staff was absolutely amazing.

The beach access was just across the street. Easy access using the door and gate codes. Security gate codes.
The decor looked like it all came from the goodwill. The apartment could use some updated furniture and bedding. The shower was very slippery when wet. The coffee pot did not work properly and the bathroom outlets didn't work. My door access code was in a combination box outside my door which was creepy to me cause anyone who knew what that box ment had access to come onto the apartment. The smell when first entering was not pleasant its probably that old carpet.
