Inside the condo, you’ll find an open, airy layout. The full, modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and flows straight into the dining area and living room. Cool off each evening in the central AC while you watch a little TV or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Toss the day’s beach clothes into the washer/dryer for a quick refresh. The primary bedroom has an en suite bath and direct balcony access. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental for our vacation. It is always so nice to be able to stay in a clean, comfortable condo after spending the day at the beach. St. Martin Beachwalk Villas is the perfect place to stay in Destin for beach access. We really appreciated the quick and polite response from guest services when we had an issue. Overall this was a great experience. We will be definitely be returning!

This room was very accommodating for our family vacation. The beach access was easy to get to and worked great. And the location was in a great spot for the other local entertainment.

My daughter had a cheer competition about 15 mins away. Stay was great, very clean and comfortable! Access to the beach was just a short walk through the parking lot. Would stay here again if ever needed!

The location with beach access was great, fairly clean and quiet property. Do not expect any beach towels or gear to be provided. Full kitchen was nice although no basics such as salt/ pepper provided. Bring your own blow dryer as well if you are planning on going out for a nice dinner. WiFi was spotty our entire stay, even with a second network/password provided.
