Posizione con panorama mozzafiato fronte mare e in mezzo a bellissimi ulivi. Mattinata è una spiaggia bagnata da un mare da colori fantastici.

Cudowny widok na morze z dużego, przestronnego tarasu. Dom położony malowniczo na zboczu wzgórza. Blisko na plażę i do barów oraz plażowych restauracji.
Dojazd z Mattinaty niezwykle wąskimi drogami, co oczywiście nie jest winą Gospodarza. Woda w prysznicu raz ciepła, a raz zimna, bardzo trudno wyregulować temperaturę.
