About this house rental
A few meters from the sea we rent in Mattinata, Gargano, a very pretty HOME, in Mediterranean style, with exclusive private terrace, completely renovated in 2018 and located in a land bordering the beach.
The beach is about 30/40 meters away and can be reached on foot in a few seconds.
The house is available all year round.
The ideal capacity is 2 people, 3 at most (preferably a child).
Inside the house there is in fact a double bed and an armchair / bed (when open it measures 80 cm x 180 cm, a single bed in practice).
It is therefore ideal for a couple or a couple with a child.
The house also has:
- PRIVATE TERRACE / SOLARIUM of 30 square meters, a real gem, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama, sunbathe or sit outdoors.
- DEHOR interior of 12/13 square meters with sofa and armchairs,
- Covered outdoor veranda of about 12 square meters.
In addition, the house has a large garden, outdoor parking space and is immersed in the typical Gargano and Mediterranean nature (olive trees, citrus fruits etc.).
Natural habitat: the typical greenery of the Mediterranean scrub (olive, citrus, etc.), caressed by the sea breeze and the scent of the sea.
In the same land a few meters from the sea there are 2 other independent housing solutions:
- THREE-ROOM APARTMENT (about 40 square meters + large covered veranda for exclusive use and very large garden), also recently renovated internally, able to accommodate 4 people.
- TWO-ROOM APARTMENT (28 sqm, covered outdoor veranda for exclusive use and very large garden) able to accommodate a couple or a couple with a child.
Both houses have been recently renovated and are very nice and comfortable.
In Mattinata village instead we have the following house:
- APARTMENT of about 55 square meters a few steps from the center with dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom that can accommodate up to 4 people.
In the months of May, June, July, August and September the minimum stay period that we require is 1 week (in these months arrivals and departures take place on SATURDAY).
In the remaining periods of the year it is possible to take the house even for shorter periods arriving and departing on days other than Saturday.
PRICES are indicated in the "TARIFFS SECTION" of the announcement. Simply enter the arrival and departure dates and you can view them. The prices already include all consumption (air conditioning, electricity, gas, water), with the exception of the cleaning costs (€ 30) to be added to the rental cost.

Near the house there is both a public and private beach.
We also manage a BATHING FACILITY operating from mid / late May to mid September so if you are interested and if you book in advance, you can also have the opportunity to use the bathing facilities (1 umbrella and 2 beds) at discounted prices depending on the period:

It is always such a pleasure to meet our hosts, especially if they are as welcoming as this family. Including the pup Bianca. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The terrace on the roof was absolutely wonderful. Surrounded by olive trees and birds. And there is a lovely beach very very close. You can hear the waves from the house and see it from the terrace. Thank you !

Bestechend ist die große private Dachterrasse, auf der man jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer bestaunen kann.
Das kleine Haus ist einfach und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Bad ist geräumig und verfügt über eine extra große Dusche, was in Italien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Neben der schon erwähnten Dachterrasse gibt es eine weitere Terrasse vor dem Haus inmitten einem Garten mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen, die angenehmen Schatten spenden. Das Meer und verschiedene kleine Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Angelo und Francesco sind immer erreichbar und helfen, wenn es nötig ist. Ich bin völlig begeistert und würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Insgesamt einfach großartig! Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben !

Ein echtes kleines Paradies - unter Oliven- und Orangenbäumen kleines, sehr sauberes, mit viel Liebe gemachtes Reihenbungalow mit Terrasse und zusätzlich außerordentlicher Dachterrasse mit Blick zum Meer und nach Mattinata - wir haben abends unserer Aperol Sprizz dort beim Sonntenuntergang genossen. Sauberes gepflegtes Bad und Klimaanlage - sehr angenehm. Nur ca. 50 m zu zwei vorzüglichen Restaurants/Bars (am Strand und knapp oberhalb). Der sehr schöne Kiesstrand ist ebenfalls nur 50 m entfernt (man kann auch direkt über den Vermieter Liegestuhl / Schirm mieten). Die Familie von Angelo ist fantastisch und kümmert sich sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich um die Gäste - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Der Gargano ist einfach ein Traum. Und noch ein Plus: Mattinata ist touristisch nicht überlaufen und dtl. angenehmer als Vieste oder Peschici. Grazie mille!
