Short Christmas stay
Location to hospital (reason for visit) we felt comfortable as wasn't a "showhome" . Had all the amenities we needed beds were comfy as were sofas. Able to bring some of own decorations to personilse
Car parking was difficult due to the volumes of cars in the street

The property itself was very suitable for our needs especially the downstairs bedroom which catered for my father who is recovering from a heart operation.
We were given two wrong codes for the key safe and couldn't enter the property until we were given the right code. Also the heating didn't work until we had someone round to get it going.
