Quartier populaire proche de la rue de Tunis /fresques à voir, du centre, de la gare maritime /cargos et d'un arrêt de bus. Immeuble sécurisant fermé. 3 appartements dont 2 à l'étage /même propriétaire. Nous sommes dans le midi...les voisins ont la vue sur la terrasse ! Le quartier me rappelle certains du vieux Nice . Melting pot de cultures !!
Les escaliers sont hauts... /immeuble et appartement... Détails à revoir. Surtout à l'extérieur/ pour accrocher le chèvrefeuille /changer de pots pour les agapes/etc...
