The hotel is lovely and rooms very comfort especially for family, rooms are beautifully designed.
The staff were NON EXISTENT- we were constantly trying to locate staff for ANYTHING, drink, check in check out, restaurant, there was no one to be found for 20 min some times. Restaurant food was very disappointing, steak over cooked (we requested rare and got well done) and they even forgot an entire meal even though we were told to order an hour before we arrived. Starters were cold and so the price was very disappointing.
