Sleeping up to 14 guests in beds (no need for sofa beds or mattresses on the floor), the house is perfect for large families, multi-generational holidays and groups of friends looking for an authentic alpine experience without the premium chalet price tag.
Wake up to stunning mountain views, spend your days skiing, hiking or exploring the beautiful Salzkammergut region, then relax together in the generous living and dining areas. With six bedrooms, a large garden, balconies overlooking the mountains, private parking and plenty of space for everyone to unwind, our home offers comfort, value and a true home-from-home atmosphere.
Whether you're visiting for winter skiing, summer adventures or simply a peaceful Alpine getaway, Russbach is the perfect base for exploring one of Austria's most beautiful regions.
Our house is tucked away in the quiet little hamlet of Russbach-Gseng. The house is 500m from the slopes and 1Km to the Russbach lift station.
The village and surrounding area is set amongst some stunning scenery and is a great venue for a memorable holiday. Whether you are looking for a place to get away from it all, an adventure packed holiday or somewhere to enjoy with your family and friends, this is a special place.
The house is about 200m² and the layout is great for two or more families. It consists of:
Ground Floor:
Entrance hall, very large garage (the other is kept locked by owners), boiler room (wood pellet boiler), wash room, cellar.
First Floor:
Wide entrance hall, kitchen, larder, sitting room, dining room, double bedroom, twin bedroom (bunk beds), toilet, shower room, 2 large balconies with excellent mountain views.
Second Floor:
Wide landing, two twin bedrooms, double bedroom with access to third balcony, family room (double bed and two singles), bathroom.
Large garden and several balconies to enjoy the views and mountain air.
WiFi and cable television.

Nice stay in a quiet municipality. Spacious house. Within walking distance of the slopes, but there is also a ski bus nearby. Nice manager.

We had a lovely month in this house. Very close to the piste (2 minute drive). Great to have so may rooms for our workdays. Don't expect luxury, but everything was good and everything was there.

Our stay was fantastic. We really had a great time. The house was perfect for our group (three families). We had a great time skiing, hiking, bob sleighing etc. The neighbour was of great help at any time.

Das Haus ist super und wir waren schon öfter dort, allerdings sind die Teppichböden schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und vor der Toilette nicht sehr vorteilhaft und auch hat man bei den Stühlen Angst, dass sie zusammenbrechen. Aber ansonsten ist alles super und der Hausverwalter kümmert sich hervorragend um alle Belange . Wir kommen wieder.
