Perfect for summer hiking

Perfect location with nice views, good parking. Excellent value for money. Comfortable and clean rooms, relaxing sleep, fast WiFi. Very friendly host, explained everything and provided tips and maps for the trips around Kleinarl area. Tasty breakfast. The joint kitchen is useful, as the property is somewhat outside the center of Kleinarl (some 20 minute walk), so you can bring your own food and make your own dinner. You can start some of the hiking tours right from the property.

Amazing stay with scenic panorama views

This is an absolutely amazing property. We loved every bit of it - is has stunning panoramic views, the rooms are super nice and clean, very cosy. There is a kitchen to use, the breakfast is delicious and the host is simply amazing and very helpful. The location is top, just outside the village on a hill. We would love to return.

Perfect place for a winter familly holiday, specially if your family loves skiing.

Excelent location for ski lovers, just on the border of the slope. Very nice, warm and hlepfull property owners. The apartment was roomy with nice view on the valley. Kitchen was equiped very vell.

Heerlijke week gehad op een fantastische plek en een super host.

Prachtig uitzicht aan de piste(zwart). Meest vriendelijke eigenaar heerlijk kleinschalig.

Je moet hier niet zijn voor het wilde apres ski leven maar dat is ook niet wat wij zoeken dus alleen positief.

La struttura è stata rinnovata da poco, ambienti caldi e letto comodo, colazione ottima. È direttamente sulle piste e panorama ottimo In inverno è bene avere catene neve per auto.
